Who holds your information
Bangladesh Training Institute Limited, Sylhet, Bangladesh. We are the company responsible for any personal information you give us through this site or on WhatsApp.
What we collect
If you message us on WhatsApp: your phone number, your name if you give it, and the contents of your conversation with us.
If you attend an assessment: your qualifications, identification documents, assessment results and payment records.
We do not ask for anything we do not need for training, assessment or certification.
Why we hold it
To answer your questions, to arrange and record your assessment, to run your programme and issue your qualification, and to keep the records a licensed training institute is required to keep.
Who we share it with
The assessment and awarding organisation involved in certifying your qualification, where certification requires it.
We do not sell your information. We do not pass your details to recruiters, agents or employers without asking you first.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted within twelve months. Candidate and certification records are kept for as long as we are required to keep them, and no longer.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us and we will do it and confirm.
You can stop hearing from us at any time by telling us to stop. That is enough — no process required.

We provide vocational training and certification to an international standard at our centre in Sylhet.
We do not guarantee employment, an employer, a visa or any immigration outcome. Any onward work opportunity depends on you and on third parties. Support after training is assistance only.
Terms of use — fees and figures
Assessment fees quoted on this site are current to July 2026 and may change. Fees are payable in GBP or the BDT equivalent. Programme fees are set out for you in writing at your assessment.
Refund arrangements are set out in the programme agreement you sign at enrolment, and are explained to you in person before you sign anything.
Earnings figures shown on this site are published salary benchmarks, given for information only. They are not an offer, a forecast or a promise of pay.
