আমরা কারা

বাংলাদেশ ট্রেনিং ইনস্টিটিউট লিমিটেড সিলেটের একটি নিবন্ধিত বাংলাদেশি কোম্পানি। আমরা কোনো দালাল বা রিক্রুটিং এজেন্ট নই — আমরা প্রশিক্ষণ দিই। আমাদের নিজস্ব ক্যাম্পাস আছে, কাগজপত্র আছে — দুটোই আপনি এসে দেখতে পারেন।

Who we are

A registered Bangladeshi company in Sylhet with its own campus. Not a broker and not a recruiting agent — we train. Company documents and licences are shown on request and at the assessment.

দুটি দেশ, একই নিয়ম

আমরা যুক্তরাজ্য ও জাপানের জন্য প্রশিক্ষণ দিই। যুক্তরাজ্যের প্রোগ্রাম প্রকৌশল ও স্থাপত্যের স্নাতকদের জন্য। জাপানের প্রোগ্রামে — নির্মাণ, কেয়ারগিভার ও কৃষি — কোনো ডিগ্রি লাগে না। দুই ক্ষেত্রেই প্রশিক্ষণ হয় এখানে, সিলেটে, একই ক্যাম্পাসে, একই নিয়মে।

Two countries, the same rules

We train for the United Kingdom and for Japan. The UK programmes are for engineering and architecture graduates. The Japan programmes — construction, care and agriculture — need no degree. Either way, training happens here in Sylhet, on the same campus, under the same rules.

সন্তান কোথায় থাকবে, কী খাবে

আপনার সন্তান ক্যাম্পাসেই থাকবে। থাকা ও খাওয়া প্রোগ্রামের ভেতরেই আছে, এবং ওয়ার্কশপ একই জায়গায়। তাকে প্রতিদিন শহরের এক প্রান্ত থেকে অন্য প্রান্তে যেতে হবে না।

Where they live and eat

Your family member lives on the campus. Accommodation and meals are part of the programme, on the same site as the workshops. No daily travel across the city, no rented room.

কে দেখাশোনা করবে

ক্যাম্পাসে সব সময় স্টাফ থাকে। উপস্থিতি ও অগ্রগতি লিখে রাখা হয়, এবং আপনি জানতে চাইলে আপনাকে জানানো হয়। দিনটি নির্দিষ্ট নিয়মে চলে — সকালে শুরু, দিনভর হাতে-কলমে কাজ, সন্ধ্যায় ভাষা শিক্ষা।

Who looks after them

Staff are on site throughout. Attendance and progress are recorded, and we are always glad to share them with you. The day is structured: an early start, hands-on work all day, and evenings on language.

নিরাপত্তা শেখানো হয়, ধরে নেওয়া হয় না

প্রথম সপ্তাহ থেকেই কাজের নিরাপত্তা শেখানো হয় — বিদেশে যে মানে কাজ করতে হবে, সেই মানে। এটি প্রশিক্ষণের অংশ, আলাদা কিছু নয়।

Safety is taught, not assumed

Workplace safety is part of the training from the first week, to the standard they will be expected to work to abroad. It is taught alongside the work, not added on at the end.

সই করার আগে সবকিছু লিখিতভাবে

মূল্যায়নের দিন আপনার সামনেই, কাগজে লিখে, প্রোগ্রামের সবকিছু ব্যাখ্যা করা হবে — এবং সই করার আগে সেই কাগজ আপনি বাড়ি নিয়ে যেতে পারবেন। কেউ আপনাকে তাড়া দেবে না।

Everything in writing before you sign

On the day of the assessment, the whole programme is explained to you in person and in writing — and you take the paperwork home before anything is signed. No one will rush you.

আমরা চাকরি বা ভিসার নিশ্চয়তা দিই না

আমরা প্রশিক্ষণ দিই এবং পরীক্ষার জন্য প্রস্তুত করি। চাকরি, নিয়োগকর্তা, ভিসা বা বিদেশে যাওয়ার কোনো নিশ্চয়তা আমরা দিই না — যে দেয়, সে আপনাকে সত্য বলছে না। জাপানের ভিসা কেউ বিক্রি করতে পারে না; চাকরির প্রস্তাবের পর শুধু নিয়োগকর্তাই আবেদন করতে পারেন।

We do not guarantee a job or a visa

We train, and we prepare people for their tests. We do not guarantee a job, an employer, a visa or any immigration outcome — anyone who does is not telling you the truth. Nobody can sell a Japanese visa; only an employer can apply, after offering a job.
