A Level 2 trade qualification travels. This page describes where the demand for skilled construction labour is, and where our preparation is currently focused. It does not describe visa routes, and BTI does not arrange them.
United Kingdom
Britain has an ageing trade workforce, national housebuilding targets it cannot meet with the tradespeople it has, and decades of retrofit work on its existing buildings ahead of it. That work cannot be offshored and it cannot be automated.
It is also where trade competence is most clearly a route upwards: on a British site, supervisors and managers routinely came up through the tools.

These countries are actively hiring skilled construction workers, and each is a destination we are building towards. We will announce them here as soon as our preparation is complete — and we will not take names, deposits or applications before then.

The qualification is yours wherever you go.
Skill does not expire and it does not need renewing every few years. Whatever happens to any one market, you keep what you can do.
